Mint Inventory Solutions provides a service to purchase unused or surplus diabetic supplies, including but not limited to diabetic test strips, continuous glucose monitor (CGM) sensors, and insulin pump supplies from consumers. All transactions are subject to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To sell diabetic supplies to Mint Inventory Solutions, you must:
Be the legal owner of the supplies.
Be at least 18 years of age.
Ensure that the supplies you are selling were obtained legally and that their sale complies with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
3. Product Requirements & Condition
We purchase supplies to ensure they are suitable for secondary use. All items must meet our strict quality criteria:
Packaging: All diabetic test strips, CGM sensors, and pump supplies must be sealed in their original, manufacturer's packaging.
Expiration: Supplies must be unexpired, with the printed expiration date clearly visible and untampered with. We do not accept expired, used, or damaged supplies. For the select products we do accept expired, expired items will only be accepted if they expired within the last calendar year!
Condition: Boxes must be free of stains, water damage, ink/marker markings, excessive crushing, or tears. We reserve the right to offer a reduced price for packaging with minor imperfections or to reject any items that do not meet our standards.
Safety: Any items deemed a safety risk (e.g., used supplies, broken seals, tampered expiration dates) will be responsibly discarded and will not be returned or compensated.
4. Pricing, Quotes & Payment
Instant Quote: The price quote provided on our website or by our team is an offer based on the information you supply about brand, quantity, and condition. This quote is guaranteed only for items that exactly match the described condition upon our receipt and inspection.
Final Inspection & Payment: Upon receipt at our facility, all items undergo a verification inspection. The final payment amount is based on this inspection. If the items match the quoted condition, the original quoted amount will be paid.
Payment Method: Once you accept the final offer, payment is issued promptly via your chosen method (e.g., PayPal, Bank Transfer ACH, or check). Payment is typically processed within 24-48 hours of inspection and acceptance.
5. Shipping, Local Pickup & Risk of Loss
Shipping (When Available): For shipments, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. You are responsible for securely packaging your supplies. The risk of loss or damage during transit transfers to MIS once we receive the package at our designated facility. We recommend you retain your shipping tracking information.
Local Pickup: For our local service area, we offer scheduled pickups. You are responsible for ensuring the supplies are ready and available at the agreed time and location at the time of pickup.
No Returns: All sales to MIS are final. We do not return items sent to us. Items that are rejected upon inspection are not returned.
6. Your Representations & Warranties
By selling supplies to MIS, you represent and warrant that:
You are the legal owner of the items and have the full right to sell them.
The items were not obtained through fraudulent means and are not stolen, counterfeit, or recalled.
The sale complies with all applicable laws, including those governing the resale of medical devices.
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MIS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
8. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the revised Terms on our website with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
